Here are some tips for convincing your employer to send you to the IPWEAvic 2013 Public Works Conference:

Continuing education is a highly valuable component of the engineering industry.  It helps employees stay updated with current trends and technologies that can lead their employers towards financial growth.  Here are some useful strategies to help convince your boss to send you to IPWEAvic 2013 Public Works Conference:

1.  Benefit from Subject Matter Experts: Receive leadership advice and tips from experts in the public works industry.  Bring the bigger picture into your daily routine by attending sessions presented by seasoned industry professionals

Young IPWEA is a fantastic new initiative set up to get young people involved, networking and ultimately support young engineers in their career prospects and assist in developing the next generation of leaders.
