Glen Eira City Council: Asset Management Planning
In order to effectively manage its assets, Council uses Confirm as its asset management system. Along with most councils in Australia, Council also uses Pathway to manage its customer services.
This initiative is the integration of Confirm into the existing Pathway system to enable Council to provide a first class customer service while at the same time ensuring any maintenance works to council assets are integrated into Confirm. Glen Eira City Council was one of the first councils to do this and its success was recently recognised in a Victorian Auditor-General’s Report that commended Council in its approach to asset management planning.
