Kim Wells, The Treasurer of Victoria addressed the Victoian Civil Construction Alliance at its meeting on 21 November 2012. He also indicted he would like to assist in cutting down the amount of state government and local government “red tape” currently encountered in the infrastructure industry planning, design and construction, maintenance and management of civil infrastrucutre. To this end the Alliance is puting together a submission and IPWEAvic as a member organisation of the Civil Constuction Alliance has been asked to contribute.
