Justin Hinch’s article, summarising his Municipal Engineering Foundation Scholarship Study Tour Report in 2008 of municipalities in USA, Sweden and the UK, appears in the Public Works Engineering Journal February/March Edition on pages 58-61. The report provides public works engineers with information on the infrastructure being implemented for the reuse of stormwater and details how stormwater management systems may have to be adapted to address the impacts of climate change. Justin is a Senior Civil Engineer at Mansfield Shire Council and is active in the IPWEAvic North-East Region.
