VicSmart is the proposed new assessment process for straightforward, low impact planning permit applications.

Draft VicSmart provisions have been released for public comment. Feedback will help shape the final VicSmart provisions before they are implemented into all planning schemes.

Comment is sought on the discussion paper, draft regulations and draft planning scheme provisions provided below:
